JobXion is an Employment Agency that recruits qualified workers from the construction industry to work in the Netherlands. We offer work and free training in specific professions, i.e. construction carpenter, formwork carpenter, electrician / wireman and plumber. We have been operating in the Netherlands for 18 years and have developed professionalism in job placement and recruitment. In Poland, the branch of our company has been operating for 8 years.
We specialize in professional recruitment. Our Recruiters have professional and specialized knowledge in specific professions. Thanks to this, they offer candidates projects tailored to their needs, according to their qualifications and skills and thus provide Dutch construction companies with the best professionals. Recruiters undergo training and participate in courses deepening their knowledge and skills to perform their work exemplarily and professionally.
As a foreign employer we cooperate with many networks of advisors, industry portals, publishing our job advertisements and we take part in numerous recruitment campaigns both in Polish and the Netherlands.
Unlike other employment agencies, we focus on quality and not on quantity. We offer a good salary – always paid on time (weekly and without delay), a Dutch temporary employment contract and Dutch health insurance. Accommodation in a good standard in houses and flats – this is our priority. Each of our employees uses a single room with WiFi and media access. We care about the comfort of rest and housing.
For people who do not have their own car or do not want to use it for commuting to work (in the Netherlands), we provide a company car with a fuel card. People who use their own car receive compensation for this and reimbursement of travel costs from accommodation to work and back.
Employees also receive from us a set of certified power tools for use on the project. In case of any problems we offer the support of a Polish-speaking coordinator who is available if possible (from Monday to Friday during her working hours) in case of any problems. We also help in obtaining the OHS certificate – VCA and pay for the course and for passing the exam.
JobXion employees work on a variety of projects throughout the Netherlands in well-established companies. The projects we implement are largely housing estates, exclusive apartments, public facilities in the commercial, industrial and agricultural sectors.
